About the role

Your Mission

You will be a key individual contributor to shipping & maintaining features for our web app with high velocity while upholding equally high quality standards. For smaller features you will be the sole owner & contributor to building production-ready features end-to-end.

The Outcomes we want this role to achieve

• Ship >80% of new features within the fixed amount of time we allocate.
• Uphold high quality standards. Shipping with high velocity should be a by-product of great engineering and decisions, instead of releasing half-baked products.
• Write quality code that is easy to maintain and expand upon

Your Day-to-Day

• Independently build intuitive features end-to-end
• Fill in gaps on the frontend or backend side
• Help with technical choices while implementing new features
• Work with the Founders to build & improve upon our features
