About the role

Your Mission

Increasing Customer Activation and Customer Satisfaction measured through usage metrics and NPS by providing fast knowledgeable support, streamlined onboarding and building an extensive self-serve help base.

The Outcomes we want this role to achieve

• Increase new customer activation rate
• Increase existing customer NPS
• Decrease the time to resolution
• Onboard new customers
• Design systems to track customer activation and satisfaction

Your Day-to-Day

• Handling the onboarding of new customers and improving upon the existing process
• Actively reaching out to customers to increase activation and feature adoption
• Routing inbound requests, handling expectations and keeping co-workers accountable
• Collecting feedback and making it actionable to improve the product
• Writing new help articles for recurring questions
